Customer Care Policy

We always work hard to treat our customers fairly and hope that you will not experience any reason to make a complaint about our services.

Complaints:

If you do wish to make a complaint, please contact us by email at helpline@cymba.co.uk or phone 02032 827 898, and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as we can.


Please include the following information:


  • Your name and contact details
  • Dates and times relevant to the complaint
  • Full details of your complaint (including any relevant dates and times, the product or service used and any other information that will help us resolve your complaint).

Refunds:

A refund of donations made via your mobile is normally applicable if there has been a technical issue or an error on the part of the merchant / charity promoting the service.


Cymba can provide details of the relevant charities supporter care team who will consider your request for a refund.

 

If you’d like to request a refund of a donation made via a Cymba service, please email helpline@cymba.co.uk and a member the team will be able to guide you through this process.
